Adult Abdominal Hemorrhage — Rogers Fire Department, Arkansas

An adult patient with uncontrolled abdominal hemorrhage after an outpatient surgery was stabilized by Rogers Fire Department EMS with the AAJT-S — vitals improved from 94/55 to 116/63 and the patient was delivered hemodynamically stable and neurologically intact for definitive surgery.

21 y/o Male — 3x GSW Afghanistan

A 21-year-old combat casualty in Afghanistan with three GSWs, hemorrhagic shock, and a transected left deep femoral artery survived after the AAJT-S was applied to the left inguinal crease — filling the capability gap no limb tourniquet can reach.

A 50-year-old male survived an inguinal gunshot wound with hemorrhagic shock after Robeson County EMS applied the AAJT-S to the abdomen on scene, achieving pre-hospital hemorrhage control and bridging him to hospital care.

A frontline series in which the AAJT-S delivered non-invasive external aortic compression to combat casualties with non-compressible truncal hemorrhage and traumatic cardiac arrest — achieving ROSC and bridging survivors to definitive surgical care.
